Community Supported Agriculture

CSA  (Community Supported Agriculture) is a direct relationship between  producers and consumers. Consumers buy shares of the farm's produce at  the beginning of the season. In return, the producer commits to provide  the highest quality, freshly-harvested produce. This model of  agriculture acknowledges people's wish to have a connection to the farm that grows their food.

The  variety of veggies in your share will change as the season unfolds.  From earliest to latest season crops, this is what we plan to include in  your share:Radish,  Carrots, Beets, Kale, Spinach, Lettuce, Garlic Scapes, Green Onion, Kohlorabi, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Zucchini, Parsley, Herbs, Snap Peas,  Basil, Potatoes, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Green Beans, Onions, Celery,  Eggplant, Peppers, Garlic and Winter Squash.

With  CSA shares, there are shared risks and benefits. Weather and pests can  impact a crop. In an average season there will be plenty and lots of  variety! In the rare occurrence that a crop is impacted by weather or pests, we will exchange that item for something else in the garden or maybe even some of our delicious fresh honey!
